Kickstart Session
We begin with a Kickstart Session, where we delve into your goals, challenges, and aspirations. This initial session sets the foundation for our mentoring journey, allowing us to understand your unique needs and objectives.
Monthly Coaching Sessions
Our mentoring program includes monthly coaching sessions, each lasting 30 minutes. During these sessions, we focus on refining your leadership skills, enhancing communication styles, and addressing any areas for improvement. Our goal is to empower you with actionable strategies and insights to excel in your role and achieve your professional goals.
DISC and Values Assessment
As part of our comprehensive approach, we conduct a DISC and Values assessment for each mentee. This assessment provides valuable insights into your personality traits, communication preferences, and core values. By understanding your strengths and areas for development, we tailor our mentoring strategies to maximise your potential.
Ongoing Evaluation and Extension
Our mentoring program spans a minimum of 6 months, allowing for deep and sustained growth. At the end of each 6-month period, we conduct a thorough evaluation to assess progress and identify areas for continued focus. Based on this evaluation, we extend the program in 90-day increments, ensuring continuous improvement and development.

Onboarding and Ongoing Coaching Process
DISC AND VALUES PROFILE
You will complete both the DISC and Values profile. I base my approach with each individual on these 2 reports.
KICKSTART SESSION
I will ask you questions on your first call to review your pain points, growth opportunities. You will gain more insight into who you are, what you do and where you want to go.
MONTHLY SESSIONS
You will have a call with me to review your career and the goals defined in the Kickstart session. We will spend 30 mins working on your leadership and your career.
COACHING COMMITMENT
You understand and sign a confidentiality and 6 month coaching commitment. You work with me to co-design a customised advisory plan to ensure you are maximizing growth, recovery and consistency.
